Expolista publishes its pricing rules openly: each event has its own one-time price, set by exhibitor count and data depth, shown before checkout, with the file available instantly afterwards.
Transparent per-event pricing is still per-event pricing. The fortieth show is a fortieth purchase, and surveying a sector before choosing shows is the work that costs most.
Its subscription tier is described on the pricing page as still in development, so today only single-event purchases exist.
No row or company total is published, and nothing searches across events at once.
