How much does it cost?
$199, paid once, for every list in the database plus every event added later. It is not a subscription: access does not expire and there is nothing to cancel. Other vendors charge $100–$1,100 for a single event list. Pricing.
What data is included for each exhibitor?
Company name, the website domain our agents resolved, and the booth number or sponsorship tier where the organiser published one — plus the event, edition, city, country, dates and industry on export. 129,132 of the 261,164 rows carry a resolved website. There are no personal contact details: the data is company-level.
Where does the data come from?
AI agents work through the organisers' own exhibitor directories and archived snapshots of them, resolve each company's website, and write the overview on the event page. Every row carries a quality marker showing how it was captured. More on the research.
How often is it updated?
Continuously. The agents re-run as new editions are announced and new events are added at no extra charge. Each event page shows when its list was last verified.
Which industries and countries are covered?
154 industries and 39 countries so far, from large international trade fairs to regional shows. All industries.
Can I see a sample before paying?
Yes. Every event page shows the first 10 exhibitors for free, with the rest locked, and company search returns 10 free results. No account is needed to look. Pick an event.
Can I search across events?
Yes. Company search runs across every event at once and can be filtered by company name, event name, industry and country. Company search.
How do I download the data?
As CSV, from any event page or from any filtered cross-event search. Exports are unlimited — no per-export charge and no seat licences.
Does it cover past events as well as upcoming ones?
Both. Each edition is a separate record, so a 2024 list and a 2026 list of the same show are held separately rather than overwritten.
Can I use the data for outreach?
The data is company-level information taken from public exhibitor directories — company names, websites, booths and tiers, no personal contact details. You are responsible for complying with GDPR and any other rules that apply to your own campaigns.
Can I cite the data?
Yes, with attribution and a link back to the ExhibitorLens page you took it from.
How do I log in?
