What exactly do I get for $199/mo?
Every exhibitor list in the database, currently 637 events and 5,648 exhibitor records, plus every event added while you are subscribed, cross-event company search, and unlimited CSV export.
What is in a row?
The company name, its website domain where we could resolve one (3,505 of 5,648 rows so far), the booth number and the sponsorship tier when the organiser published them, and the event, edition, city and country the company exhibited at.
How fresh is the data?
Lists are rebuilt from the organisers' own exhibitor directories and from archived snapshots of them, and re-checked as new editions are announced. Every row carries a quality marker, so you can see whether a company was verified or captured from a directory listing.
Can I look before I pay?
Yes. Every one of the 637 event pages shows the first 10 exhibitors with no account and no card, and the directory is fully open.
How do I sign in?
Enter your email and click the link we send. No password to pick or forget, and no seat licences to administer.
Can I cancel, and do you refund?
Cancel in one click from the Stripe billing portal; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. If the data is not what this page promised, email hello@exhibitorlens.com within 14 days and we refund the month.
