What we collect
- Your email address, given when you request a sign-in link
- Whether you have paid, and your Stripe customer identifier
- An API key generated for your account, which you can rotate
- Aggregate page views — no cookies, no cross-site identifier
There are no passwords. Sign-in works by emailing you a short-lived signed token; clicking it sets a signed session cookie holding your email address. We do not store card numbers.
Processors
- Stripe — checkout and payment. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- SendGrid — sends the sign-in link to your address.
- Render — hosts the application and its database.
- Pulse (pulse-rvrb.onrender.com) — our own analytics, on our own server. It records page views and conversions, not people.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your account data. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts. The exhibitor data in the database is company-level information taken from published exhibitor directories; it does not contain personal names, job titles or personal email addresses.
Your data
Email hello@exhibitorlens.com to get a copy of what your account holds, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting the account ends access.
