The service
ExhibitorLens is a searchable database of trade show and conference exhibitor lists, built by AI agents from organisers' exhibitor directories and archived copies of them. Access includes the event pages, cross-event company search and CSV export.
Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. There is no password. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account is for one buyer.
Payment
Access is a single payment of $199. It is not a subscription: there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe. The payment covers every exhibitor list in the database at the time of purchase and every list added afterwards.
Refunds
Email hello@exhibitorlens.com within 14 days of your payment for a full refund.
Acceptable use
You may export and use the data for your own outreach, research and internal records. You may not resell or redistribute the database or a substantial part of it, republish it as a competing product, or share your account with people outside your organisation. Automated scraping of the site, attempts to bypass the paywall, and anything that degrades the service for others are not permitted. You are responsible for complying with the marketing and data protection law that applies to you when you contact the companies in an export.
Data accuracy
The lists are researched by AI agents from published exhibitor directories. Each row carries a marker recording how it was captured. Directories change and organisers withdraw them, so rows can be incomplete or out of date. The service is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ExhibitorLens is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from use of the data. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes and termination
These terms may change; the date above records the last change. Accounts that breach the acceptable use section above can be closed.
